Half Cut Crease Eye Makeup Look Step by Step Tutorial

Hello Everyone,
Happiness! Well, if you ask me what makes me happiest person in this world? My answer is -My Daughter. The love, joy, and affection I see in her eye for me, make me the happiest mom in this universe. Besides that, doing makeup and swatching different lip shades make me super happy at any time. So I’m dedicating today’s post to my hobby and one and only passion i.e. Makeup. I have been trying to create a half cut crease eye makeup look since last month. But I failed so many times. Every time I tried to create there was some flaws remaining which I was not satisfied with at all. After 2-3 attempts, finally, I have achieved the eye makeup look. Though there is a lot of room for improvement, I was super happy with what I created. Hence thought of sharing the look and steps with my readers today. Hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed creating the look.

Tutorial

Eye Makeup

Step 1:
Prep your eyes with primer and concealer to cancel any discoloration.
Step 2:
Take a matte warm brown shade in a fluffy blending brush and buff it into the crease and blend in upward strokes.
Step 3:
Take a cool tone brown eyeshadow on the same blending brush and blend it further.
Step 4:
After that, take a deeper brown shade on a pointy eyeshadow blending blush and start defining the eye socket. Blend this three shades nicely but with a light hand.
Step 5:
Now take a beautiful rusty red shade on a pencil brush and apply on the outer v. Blend it with that deep brown shade. Keep on packing and blending the color until getting the desired result.
Step 6:
Now take a dark raspberry shade on another pencil blush and place it just before the rusty color is. Go on with very light hand, so that the colors do not lose the intensity. You can use your fingertip to do both (application and blending). Go on softly. Keep packing and blending.
Step 7:
Take a concealer and a small blush and start applying it on the inner 1/3th of the eyelid area. Go slightly beyond the crease line. Now set it with a compact.
Step 8:
After the concealer gets set, pack a shimmery gold eyeshadow on that cleaned/concealed part. You can apply loose glitter to make it more dramatic like I did. I applied a shimmery eyeliner on that part of the eyelid.
Step 9:
Now grab your favorite eyeliner and draw a cat or winged liner. Apply that raspberry shade with an angular brush on the lower lash line and smudge it with that rusty red shade. Apply a champagne highlighter on the brow bone area. Tight line both the eyes. Groom your brows.
Step 8:
Wipe off any fallout. Conceal under eye area. Apply loads of mascara to finish off your look.
And the final eye makeup is-
