Himalaya Anti Hair Fall Cream : Review

Hello Everyone,
After monsoon, my hair becomes so fizzy and dull. It started falling down like hell. Somewhere in my deepest thought, I started believing that I’m going to be bald very soon with this much of hair fall, no!!
Seriously. In some days I woke up to such nightmares. I have blessed with thick
and wavy hair by birth, but after pregnancy, the scenario has completely changed.
Yes, I admit that I’m not taking that
much care of my hair in comparison to my skin. But I try to follow cleaning, moisturizing
and oiling to my tresses at least twice or thrice in a week. These days I have
been using Anti-hair fall cream by Himalaya for a couple of weeks now. As
Himalaya is always on my wishlist and known as a promising brand, I did not
give a second thought to try this hair cream as soon as I saw it in Big Bazar. So
today I will be sharing my experience with this hair cream with you all.

My view

The cream has rich, thick creamy texture just like hair conditioner.
It spread on wet hair very easily and also can rinse off quickly and
effortlessly. The cream is white in color and has strong musky sort of fragrance
which lasts for a quite long time. The brand claims that this has a natural extract
of Amla and Bringaraja, though it is not fully chemical free. The formula feels
non-sticky and non-greasy.
Though the brand instructs to use it before and after
shampoo, I used it after washing my hair, put it on as a hair mask. Let the
cream rest for 5-7 minutes and then gave a gentle massage to my hair and scalp and
washed off with plain water. It doesn’t take much effort to rinse off. My hair
feels soft and smooth post-use and looks shiny as well.  It instantly detangles my hair once it dried
and also smoothens the fizz to a great extent.
But as far as its anti-hair fall claims concern, I haven’t noticed any difference, all I can say that if I use it consistently, then it would reduce some hair fall due to breakage.
One thing I must appreciate that it doesn’t weigh my hair
down or make it greasy or so.

My Rating: 3.5/5.
Where to buy: you can buy from here.

Final verdict: At this price point, all I can say it is a
good option for hair cream or hair mask. It makes hair feel soft, smooth and detangled and doesn’t weigh down hair or feel sticky. So It is quite a nice hair product I
feel for daily usage. I would love to recommend it to my all pretties.

  1. Hairfall is a problem with almost everyone nowadays. If it doesn't get solved then may be I should give it a miss. Thanks for your review

  2. Himalaya is a great brand with some nice products. Even I am experiencing hair loss because of my Hypothyroid problem. I try to use different hair masks and oils and everything in this world. 🙂 Looks like this particular product has mixed reviews. But worth a try.
